Unnatural Daughters

MARY, ANNE & THE ‘GLORIOUS REVOLUTION’

In 1688, William of Orange landed at Brixham with 14,000 troops, forcing King James VII & II into exile. Remembered as the ‘Glorious Revolution’, it was also a story of betrayal, as James’s daughters, Mary and Anne, conspired against him and helped bring down their own father.
